You may think this is "Yet another hoax," but when is it not? When inventors go against the so-called grain, they seem to be inundated with the standard it's a hoax line.

Salt Water Welding?
Hydrogen and oxygen are the two most flammable elements on the chart. Add an extra hydrogen molecule and you get water... A fire retardant. Go figure.
